Siddhartha Sankar Saha is an animator and motion designer from India, living and working in Berlin.

Currently working as an Animator and Rigger on an upcoming MMORPG based on afro-fantasy. Before that, I have worked on AAA projects including Formula 1 and Red Dead Redemption 2.
Along with that, I have worked on multiple gaming and non gaming projects as an animator or visualizer.

A full time art aficionado and love making making music.

About

I have been working in the industry for the last six years primarily as an animator and a gaming artist. It required breathing life into characters using either keyframe or mocap or hybrid animation techniques. Sometimes, this also meant to be able to make them functionable by rigging them and eventually exporting them to game engine.

Experience

As an animator, my current pipeline is using Blender to rig and animate after which I export them and create prefabs in Unity.
Previously, I have worked with Motion Builder mainly to polish raw mocap data and then implement them in in-house game engines. Along with that, I specialize in Maya, 3ds Max and Unreal Engine.

On 2D side of softwares, I use Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.

Personal Art

I make instrumental music as I have been playing guitar and diving deep into learning music theory.
